At the beginning of the story of America get a surprise attack by Soviet aircraft over the east coast and west coast. While ground forces to attack through Mexico, the U.S. tried to respond using nuclear missiles. But the Soviet cleverly using strategies that the United States within a few hours have been mastered. In response to the incident, U.S. President Michael Dugan established an emergency response team headed by General Carville and the Commander (you as a player).

Tapi dengan cerdik Soviet menggunakan strategi sehingga Amerika serikat dalam beberapa jam telah dikuasai . Sebagai tanggapan atas peristiwa tersebut , Presiden Amerika Serikat Michael Dugan membentuk tim tanggap darurat yang dipimpin oleh Jenderal Carville dan Komandan (Anda sebagai pemain).
